Here at Frame Visitation, it is our priority to make visitation as comfortable as possible for visiting children. We operate two onsite visitation centers located in Sacramento County. Additionally, we offer offsite visitation for qualifying cases. This means we can provide both the stability of an onsite location and the option for children and parents to visit each other in locations such as parks, museums, or other locations.

Transportation and SAfe Exchange

Our agency provides supervised exchange services for families. These exchanges can be scheduled to occur both at our onsite facilities, or at an agreed upon offsite location. Please contact us for more information and rates for service.

To make scheduling visitation easier and drop off safer, we offer staggered arrival times for parents to avoid party contact. In cases where transportation is a difficulty, we can offer to provide transportation for children to and from visits. This helps insure visitation accessibility and ease worries about potential contact between parties.

ERIC AND ASHLEY FRAME

Frame Visitation was founded in January of 2018. Over the years, we have met hundreds of families and have established two visitation centers servicing Sacramento and the surrounding counties. Our goal as a visitation agency is to create a child-led, comfortable, and non-biased environment. In the complicated world of family court, we aim to keep visitation as simple as possible for all parties involved and keep parents focused on the child’s experience. We pride ourselves on our detailed note-taking and our well-stocked and engaging visitation centers. All of our visitation monitors have completed training in accordance to the uniform standards of practice 5.20, and have passed a Trustline background check.

Services Provided

Supervised Exchange

Some court orders call for supervised exchanges for parents who are granted unsupervised parenting time. We are able to meet with parents in an agreed upon location to supervise the exchange of children, and ensure the documentation of all interactions between parties.

Reports

We provide both detailed reports and summary reports of visits to be submitted to the courthouse for hearings. Reports can be requested by either party or attorneys and will be digitally sent once payment is received and report is completed.

Visit Scheduling

We believe scheduling visits, no matter the difficulties is important for both parents and children. We work with both parties to schedule parenting according to the court order and all parties schedules.

Court Appearance

Upon request, we are able to attend court hearings to testify what has been observed during visitation. We must receive proper notice and a fee may apply before attendance.
